FAQs

How Many images will I receive?

The number of images you will receive will vary based on many variable factors. Length of wedding and the package desired. You can expect to receive anywhere from 400-1,000 beautiful retouched images.

Do you provide the raw files for my wedding?

We believe Photography is a combination of creativity and expertise. Every session and every touchup is unique and we take great pride of finishing our work from start to finish, therefore we do not provide raw files to our customers.

Is there a deposit to book my wedding?

Bela Foto requires a deposit for all wedding packages to secure the date. You will receive an invoice 30 days prior to your wedding for the remainder. If you would like to inquire regarding a different arrangement, please feel free to contact us. All wedding packages must be fully paid in full up to 7 days prior to the wedding day.

Can you manipulate images using photoshop?

All of our packages include Lightroom retouching. Bela Foto does not offer photoshop services such as to remove people or changing color skin/tones, taking glasses off of your face or any major photo editing action.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

As a small business, we highly depend on our bookings therefore we do not offer any refunds on deposits made towards a wedding package. If you need to reschedule, you will be required to pay a new deposit for a new date.

Do you include print release rights?

We don’t believe in over-charging our customers thousands of dollars to print their images with us. Therefore we offer print release rights to our customers so that they can print their images on their own. Of course, if you’d like our assistance and don’t want to go through trial and error to get those print just right we can take care of it for you. Hassle-free without compromising on time and quality.

When can I expect to get our images?

This is a very popular question across different photography Niches. Bela Foto prides on providing quick turn-arounds should our schedule permit it. Generally, for weddings we can deliver in 3-4 weeks. For general photography such as engagement sessions you can expect them within a week time often less.

Are you able to travel to shoot our wedding at another location?

Bela Foto on occasions can travel to shoot your wedding somewhere else that is not within Florida. Simply fill out the form below, and let us know where your wedding will be for a customized quote.

How much does a wedding photographer cost in Miami?

The cost of a wedding photographer in Miami can highly vary depending on the photographers equipment and experience. Factors such as camera lenses, Camera body, how many weddings that particular photographer has photographed, and the local market rate for a wedding photography within the area. You can expect to spend anywhere from $1,800 and up to $10,000 dollars for a photographer to photograph your wedding day.

What is a reasonable amount to spend on a wedding photographer?

There is no right or wrong cost for a wedding photographer. Often times it’s important to remember that you are paying for an experience and quality work and this often comes with a price tag. The average spend is around $3400 dollars. It’s also important to make sure you feel aligned and connected with your photographer, after all they will be filling in a very important role on the day of your wedding.

is 6 hours of wedding photography enough time?

Unless you are planning for an elopement, 6 hours may or may not be enough time to cover your complete wedding from start to finish. This highly depends on how big your wedding day is, your wedding timing highlighted planned, and how long your reception party will be going for that evening. Most weddings in Miami, FL last for 8 hours, therefore being our most popular package most brides do go with.
