In early June 2025, Bela Foto Studio had the opportunity to cover CCC25, a dynamic multi-day event hosted by Cotiviti, a leading data and analytics company focused on improving healthcare and retail operations. The event took place from June 3rd to June 6th at the luxurious JW Marriott Marquis in Brickell, Miami, where Cotiviti brought together its industry partners, customers, and internal team members for a series of high-impact discussions, breakout sessions, and immersive brand experiences.

We were brought on by the expert team at Wings Unlimited, a trusted destination management company, to provide full-service photography and videography coverage. As a trusted corporate photographer in Miami, we made sure every key moment was captured—from the professional to the playful.

Mornings kicked off with rooftop yoga sessions overlooking the Miami skyline, setting a calm and energizing tone for the day ahead. Throughout the conference, attendees participated in focused breakout sessions that fostered learning, collaboration, and strategy alignment. To keep the momentum going, Cotiviti had a custom coffee cart station with branded lattes, ensuring no one dozed off during the deep-dive discussions.

One of the highlights of the week was the lively Cuba Night reception—an evening infused with Cuban culture, featuring music, vibrant décor, and a curated menu inspired by traditional Cuban flavors. It was the perfect blend of networking and celebration, offering a warm and authentic experience for all guests.
