Evening Welcoming Reception (May 24, 2022)

On Tuesday, We arrived to the Loews Miami Beach Hotel for the evening welcoming reception of all the conference attendees that where flying in from all over the world. The reception was hosted near the pool area of the Loews Miami Beach Hotel where attendees where greeted with signs, beverages and appetizers. It was the perfect day to arrive into Miami, especially if it was your first time because the weather was just fantastic! People immediately let loose and began to network among each other throughout the evening. Several delicious and cultural food stations where set up for the attendees. Our client had requested us to photograph the duration of the evening reception that was put together for the welcoming. After a few drinks, great food and good vibes, it was time for the attendees to rest up and prepare for Day 1 of the conference.

Day 1: HP Ignite Partner Conference 2022

On the early morning of May 25, 2022, The conference attendees where greeted with a continental style breakfast at one of the Loews Miami Beach Hotel ballrooms reserved. You could see different vendors, specifically in the payment processing industry setting up their booths with promotional material and demos showcasing their products. This day was the first day of the conference where several speakers from HP  would take on the stage to discuss major industry trends, strategic business changes and advantages, new technology and new product showcase coming to the payment processing world that we’re so used to deal with on the daily basis when we pay for something.

Day 2: HP Ignite Partner Conference 2022

Attendees where again greeted with a continental style breakfast to kick-off the long day ahead of the last day of the conference. Except this day, HP was revealing a complete new Point of Sale (POS) system that they would be bringing to the market. The day entailed of many speakers again discussing more industry related topics. The long-day ended at about 4PM EST however, HP, Intel and/or it’s Sponsors had a surprise closing event for everyone who did attend both days. A premium, 111 foot party boat named The Biscayne Lady with capacity of up to 200 people, was waiting at the dock at Bayfront Park in Miami ready to sail away into the Miami evening Skyline of skyscrapers and orange sunsets. Guests where welcomed by a live band, Spanish appetizers that represented the strong latin and multi-cultural Miami is about. As the boat slowly sailed away through the inter-coastal waters of Miami Beach, a private dinner for guests was awaiting for them inside where everyone said their goodbyes.
